HCMC locates in Chicago, Illinois including platinum crucible fabrication, crystal growth,

PMN-PT based piezoelectric crystal products in the US.

HCMC occupies 20,000 sq. ft. in a modern industrial complex at Bolingbrook, Illinois. HCMC
has the comprehensive crystal growth and process system. HCMC owns equipment for
crystal growth, platinum crucible manufacture (platinum refining and crucible
refurbishment), chemical batch purification, crystal orientation and machining works
(slicing, grounding, lapping, and polishing), plasma magnetron sputtering for coating
electrode and IEEE standard electrical test for quality control. HCMC is, therefore,
more comprehensively integrated than most of its competitors.
Know-How:
Besides more than 30 year extensive experiences in crystal growth, HCMC has three US
patents of PMN-PT crystal growth and application. The scientific and technical staff
at HCMC has experience in conducting government and industrial research.
